Gold Toe, a leading brand of men’s and women’s socks, competes in a crowded and changing retail landscape. The marketing team brought Bruce in to get an updated read on consumers’ perceptions of the brand and its products, and where it is positioned in their minds in the marketplace.  Bruce conducted focus groups in multiple markets with both men and women, and developed specific strategic recommendations for important elements of the brand’s marketing mix.
